Terms of Service- I have the right to accept or decline any commission inquiry for any reason.
- Payment is always expected upfront, through a PayPal invoice. I will not start your drawing otherwise.
- Prices are subjected to change due to complexity or demand to edits.
- Sketches are always sent to the customer for confirmation until the next stage can be worked on.
- Commercial Rights to my work remains to me unless discussed otherwise.
- You may use your commission for any personal use, including reuploading the art, provided that it's credited.
- My works are never to be used as nft/non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, blockchain-based technologies or advertisement thereof, nor it may be used as training for AI.
- No refunds will be issued after work has begun.
- You may not edit or claim the art as your own.
- I may post/display commission pieces after I send it to you. Please let me know if you'd like me to not share them.
- Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week - 3 months to complete depending on my schedule and/or mental health! If you need a piece done by a certain date, please tell me so I can see if I'm available to finish by then.
